• Deploy and configure the employer's AI Platform within customer cloud environments
• Review customer codebases to assess structure and readiness for AI-driven analysis
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer architecture and workflows
• Collaborate with customer engineers to drive platform adoption and resolve issues
• Document configurations and lessons learned to enhance future deployments

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in a technical implementation or solutions engineering role, preferably with a SaaS product
• 2+ years of experience with Azure, OpenAI, and other cloud and LLM providers
• 7+ years of strong experience in software development lifecycle practices and source control workflows
• 5+ years of programming proficiency in Python, R, and Java

• Ability to provide architectural guidance and communicate trade-offs effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, especially in technical explanations
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
• Comfortable reading code at a structural level with proficiency in at least one programming language
