• Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products to internal and external customers via phone, email, and virtual collaboration tools
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, managing incidents and changes in accordance with ITIL-aligned procedures
• Collaborate with customers, onsite technicians, and internal teams to drive resolution and improve security posture
• Develop technical service plans for onsite hardware repairs and support technicians to ensure compliance
• Contribute to knowledge bases and participate in agile activities, including technical training sessions

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
• Experience troubleshooting endpoint management platforms and operating systems (Windows and macOS)
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
• Proven ability to communicate confidently and effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Broadcom / Symantec certifications
• Additional certifications such as Security+ / CISSP or CCNA / CCNP
• Experience with malware analysis and threat detection workflows
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capability
