L2 Technical Support Engineer

• Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using various diagnostic tools and methods
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes following ITIL-aligned procedures
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and account teams to address escalations and improve supportability
• Mentor and coach L1 engineers on troubleshooting methods and processes

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
• Experience troubleshooting endpoint and endpoint management platforms, as well as Windows and macOS operating systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

• ITIL Foundation certification
• Broadcom / Symantec certifications
• Additional certifications such as Security+, CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP
• Experience with packet analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark)
• Demonstrated technical leadership and mentoring capabilities
