• Manage the lifecycle of software applications to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory directives
• Collaborate with business and IT application owners for onboarding applications into the employer's environment
• Maintain required documentation and perform regular health checks of the application inventory
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking initiatives and providing status updates
• Work closely with external application vendor contacts to ensure application compliance and security

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and alert management of project risks

• Experience in compliance and audit processes in the insurance sector
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to software applications
• Knowledge of software application life cycles and inventory management
