What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers, delivering all aspects of the customer success motion
  • Track product usage and leading indicators to manage customer health and escalate risks
  • Coach and develop a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance their skills and performance
  • Drive team performance by setting and monitoring metrics aligned with customer outcomes
  • Foster collaboration with Sales, Product, and other departments to improve customer engagement and advocacy
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of leadership experience or equivalent Customer Success Manager experience in a SaaS company
  • Prior experience in the legal technology sector or working with legal professionals and law firms
  • Proven record of driving retention, adoption, and expansion with enterprise accounts
  • Hands‑on experience with Gainsight, Gong, and Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or J.D. is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in building high‑performing teams with a focus on empathy, clarity, and accountability
  • Familiarity with GenAI systems and AI prompting engineering as applied to legal research and drafting
  • Strong business acumen and exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management
