• Configure, roll out, and support the Epic Grand Central team, focusing on Prelude
• Analyze and document system requirements, workflow, and user experience
• Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance their use of Epic
• Manage small to medium projects independently, updating stakeholders as needed
• Conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve system issues

• Minimum 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Epic Application Certification required within 6 months of hire
• Excellent customer service skills and effective communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
