Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant – Remote

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team for a 12+ month contract. The role involves configuring Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud from scratch, managing payroll configuration, US taxation, fast formulas, benefits, and OTL integrations.

• Configure Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud applications from scratch.
• Implement payroll features, including earnings, deductions, US taxation, fast formulas.
• Integrate payroll with benefits and OTL systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Document configuration and provide knowledge transfer.

• Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll taxation and payroll fast formulas.
• Experience configuring Oracle HCM Payroll Cloud, including benefits and OTL integrations.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of delivering quality configurations.
