• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications from a compliance perspective
• Onboard applications into the employer's environment and ensure ongoing compliance
• Collaborate with external application vendors to ensure application compliance
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams
• Track project status and alert management of any risks to timely delivery

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Previous experience in a compliance-focused role
• Familiarity with regulatory directives in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Understanding of software application lifecycle management
