• Assist users with support requests and information related to the ERP application
• Calculate test cases based on enhancements and validate vendor patches or upgrades
• Develop training materials and select instructional methods for training sessions
• Create process and technical documentation, including user guides and policies
• Participate in project teams related to ERP enhancements and information usage

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant experience and training in lieu of a degree

• Experience with various software applications for training and documentation development
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with internal clients
• Familiarity with project management and teamwork in an IT environment
• Ability to create and format technical documentation for diverse audiences
