• Lead technical discovery conversations to qualify customer requirements and build appropriate solutions
• Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations for various audiences
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with channel partners and their technical decision-makers
• Support remote partner product trials and act as the technical lead for proof of concepts
• Collaborate with product management teams and provide support for onboarding new solutions engineers

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience with an MBA
• Cyber Security CISSP Certification
• Familiarity with governance and compliance issues, including HIPAA, PCI, SOX, and GDPR
• Proven expertise in L2-L7 networking technologies and protocols
• Experience with virtualization platforms, including VMware, Hyper‑V, AWS, and Azure

• Microsoft Azure or AWS Associate certification is desired
• Retaining specialist knowledge across Sonic Wall products at the desired level
• Experience with scripting and creating custom signatures
  
  Ability to navigate complex technical discussions and solution selling
• Proven skills in whiteboarding and objection handling
