• Shape the multi-year product strategy for ACCUPLACER and CLEP, exploring integration with College Board’s digital assessment ecosystem
• Oversee day-to-day delivery of digital testing experiences, ensuring performance meets strict standards
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics to ensure high-quality delivery
• Lead the product and operations team, setting vision, priorities, and fostering an inclusive culture
• Conduct user research and product definition to inform long-term platform direction

• 10+ years of experience in product management with a strong track record in building product roadmaps
• Experience managing digital products across their full lifecycle, including scaling platforms and developing new solutions
• At least 2+ years of direct people management experience, including leading and developing teams
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-level vendor relationships and technology ecosystems
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking abilities

• Experience in educational technology, particularly in delivering high‑stakes digital assessment or SaaS solutions
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, automation, and user experience optimization
• Proven ability to drive performance and growth through effective team leadership
