• Plan, design, build, test, implement, and support Epic software applications
• Analyze and document system requirements, specifications, and user workflows
• Configure Epic environments to standardize workflows and resolve end-user issues
• Manage small to medium projects and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate's degree or equivalent relevant work experience (2 years)
• Ability to perform analysis, design, system configuration, and testing tasks
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills for managing priorities

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
• Familiarity with project management principles
