• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory directives
• Collaborate with business and IT application owners to onboard applications into the employer's environment
• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory to ensure compliance
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking current activities and providing status updates
• Work closely with external application vendor contacts to ensure application compliance

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience with IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to maintain application portfolio documentation and artifacts

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the insurance industry
• Experience with software application health checks and audits
• Previous work in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of risk management principles
• Experience in remote project management
