Associate Director, Paid Search & Social; Remote

• Set goals for client engagements and ensure adherence to best practices across all channels
• Support strategists in overcoming roadblocks to secure campaign approvals
• Foster a leadership approach with clear communication and expectation setting for team members
• Maintain accountability for achieving key performance metrics including NSM attainment and CSAT scores
• Collaborate with team members through virtual meetings and communication platforms

• Proven experience in performance marketing, specifically with SaaS and tech companies
• Strong analytical skills and a growth mindset
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with key performance metrics and best practices in digital marketing

• Experience with Customer Generation methodologies
• Background in LTV:
  
  CAC modeling and SEO practices
• Previous experience working in a remote-first environment
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Passion for storytelling and creating compelling content
