- Provide advanced technical support for Symantec and Broadcom Endpoint Security products to enterprise customers
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues using various tools and methods
- Manage incidents and changes in accordance with ITIL‑aligned procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to improve security posture and service outcomes
- Mentor and train L1 engineers on troubleshooting methods and processes
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience supporting Symantec/Broadcom or equivalent technologies
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, IT, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience troubleshooting endpoint and endpoint management platforms
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies and protocols
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Broadcom / Symantec certifications
- Additional certifications such as Security+ / CISSP or CCNA / CCNP
- Experience with malware analysis and threat detection workflows
- Familiarity with SIEM and log ingestion platforms
