Iteris is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to join the Iteris team to lead customer adoption and growth of our cutting‑edge Moovia software solutions. • Drive adoption of the Moovia solutions with public agencies and enterprise customers.

• Champion key concepts for product roadmaps based on intimate customer knowledge.
• Support Sales/Business Development growth expectations.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of integrated Moovia implementations, including design reviews, product configurations, and customizations.
• Identify, track, and solve key customer business problems across the Moovia product suite.
• Support Business Development, Marketing, and Product teams with roadmap innovation, customer outreach, and GTM strategies.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities through creative problem‑solving.
• Strive for industry‑leading subscription renewal rates and net‑dollar retention.
• Monitor and drive growth of Moovia accounts, identifying further expansion at top accounts.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, addressing challenges and facilitating continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software delivery management in transportation or public sector.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale software deployments and customer relationships.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric approach.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Iteris anticipates paying a base salary between $127,700 and $142,200 for this role. Actual pay may vary based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
