• Oversee program planning, delivery timelines, and cross-team execution for Salesforce initiatives
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure Agile practices
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Drive user adoption through structured communication and support, including training and onboarding
• Maintain documentation of business processes, workflows, and program artifacts

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience across application development lifecycle, infrastructure engineering, or application hosting
• Minimum of 3+ years as a business analyst
• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud)
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience working in Agile delivery environments

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Experience with Salesforce configuration or implementation
• Familiarity with Jira for backlog and sprint management
