IAM Project Manager

• Collaborate with various IAM departments to support the implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions
• Apply knowledge of IAM domains, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning
• Assist with project planning, coordinating resources, and providing updates to stakeholders
• Identify IAM-related issues and propose solutions to enhance processes and security
• Develop and maintain IAM metrics and reports, providing regular updates on activities and compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies
• 4+ years of previous release and/or project management experience
• Familiarity with IAM tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, etc.

• Ability to scope, plan, and manage cross-department projects using standard project management methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex technology assignments in a fast-paced environment
