• Own campaign tracking architecture and ensure accurate conversion tracking.
• Build and maintain dashboards for performance reporting and executive insights.
• Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance processes.

• 7+ years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or related data-driven marketing roles.
• Experience managing and developing operational or technical talent.
• Proven expertise in tracking, attribution, and campaign quality assurance.
• Hands‑on experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Strong attention to detail with a reputation for data accuracy.

• Experience with analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) and Looker Studio.
• Familiarity with CRM and MAP systems like Salesforce and Hub Spot.
• Background in project management and campaign orchestration platforms.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across marketing, analytics, and technology teams.
