The Epic Tapestry Analyst facilitates end‑user meetings and provides level of operational and application build expertise to meet customer goals and desired outcomes. Performs design, build, and implementation assignments/projects. Based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements can translate sophisticated requirements/concepts into functionality.

• Coordinates and facilitates the integration of end‑user/business owner needs and translates clinical/operational needs and workflow into system specifications and configuration requirements.
• Guides in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.

• Two (2) plus years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Tapestry workflows.
• Preferred specialty experience in UM – Utilization Management and/or Benefits build/implementation.
• Ability to balance multiple projects.
• Solves problems effectively and provides recommendations.

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).
• Epic Tapestry Certification required. (UM – Utilization Management and/or Benefits certification highly preferred)
