BVA Bears IT Solutions is seeking an SAP BRIM
-Software Process Engineer to work in the Middletown, PA area. This is a full time position with at least 2 days on-site and possibly 3 days remote.

As an SAP BRIM-Software Process Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of software development and delivery processes for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) and SAP S/4

HANA systems. This role ensures adherence to SAP best practices, compliance standards, and efficient workflows across BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC) and integrated systems. The engineer will collaborate with SMEs, architects, and developers to streamline processes, improve quality, and support audit readiness.

• Process Design & Optimization
  • Define and implement software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes tailored for SAP BRIM and S/4
    
    HANA projects.
  • Establish standards for configuration, integration, and testing to minimize customization and ensure SAP best practices.
• Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure processes meet PCI DSS, SOC1/SOC2, and Commonwealth IT security standards.
  • Maintain audit ready documentation for all development and testing activities.
• Dev Ops & Automation
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for SAP environments using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) or similar tools.
  • Automate testing and deployment processes to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Integration & Data Migration Support
  • Collaborate with integration teams on SAP BTP/CPI workflows and API management.
  • Support data migration planning, delta load strategies, and reconciliation processes.
• Quality Assurance & Testing
  • Define QA processes for SIT/UAT cycles; ensure defect tracking and resolution in ADO/JIRA.
  • Validate compliance with SAP standards and performance benchmarks.
• Documentation & Training
  • Document process flows, technical specifications, and lessons learned using Commission templates.
  • Provide training and mentorship on process engineering best practices.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software process engineering or related roles, including 3+ years with SAP landscapes.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BRIM modules (SOM, CI, CC) and SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Expertise in SDLC, Dev Ops, and process automation for SAP environments.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS compliance, secure payment flows, and audit controls.
• Proficiency with Azure Dev Ops (ADO), JIRA, and CI/CD pipeline tools.

• SAP BRIM or S/4
  
  HANA certifications highly desirable.
• Experience with SAP BTP (API Management, Event Mesh) and SAP CPI.
• Familiarity with Service Now for post go‑live support.
• Hybrid Agile delivery experience; ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
