Epic Grand Central Systems Analyst

• Configure, roll out, and support Epic software with a focus on Prelude
• Analyze and document system requirements and user workflows
• Provide guidance and support to end-users while resolving system issues
• Manage small to medium projects independently and update stakeholders on progress
• Conduct problem‑solving and root cause analysis for routine to moderately complex problems

• Minimum of 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules
• Associate’s degree or 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months of hire
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively

• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare, or relevant experience
