• Serve as a key technical advisor and advocate for the employer’s data products to business and technical stakeholders
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand complex data challenges and translate them into effective solutions
• Develop innovative data architecture that supports data ingestion, transformation, integration, and analytics
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful project execution
• Support the presales lifecycle from opportunity qualification through to closing sales targets with tailored solutions

• 7+ years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles with a focus on enterprise-scale data integration
• Strong technical background in data engineering, including hands‑on experience with data ingestion tools and ETL processes
• Deep familiarity with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, and data pipelines
• Working knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as JavaScript, SQL, or Python
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage diverse audiences

• Experience with Service Now platform certifications (CSA, CAD)
• Exposure to technologies such as Generative AI and data governance practices
• Consultative mindset focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills to articulate complex technical solutions
