- Review communications for adherence to regulatory and internal compliance requirements
- Support and operate compliance monitoring workflows that leverage AI models with human-in-the-loop validation
- Manage large datasets and develop scalable data structures for ongoing monitoring
- Produce clear and accurate reporting for compliance leadership and stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk, data, analytics, or systems analyst role, preferably in a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of compliance monitoring frameworks and testing processes
- Ability to work with large datasets and technical platforms independently
- Experience with AI-generated outputs and understanding of performance metrics
- Highly detail-oriented with strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated aptitude in bridging technical execution with regulatory compliance
- Effective communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
