We are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Engineer with expertise in Data Modelling and Data Strategy Architecture to join our dynamic team.

• Data Governance - Work with Data office team to set up data governance frameworks based on DAMA-DMBOK principles. Collaborate with Data Governance Boards and councils to develop policies, standards, and stewardship models.
• Data Modelling - Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned with DAMA DMBOK. Ensure consistency across domains and systems, linking models to business glossaries. Expertise in leading Data modelling tools EA Sparx
• Data Quality and Metadata Management - Create approach for Data quality measurement and monitoring and set up metadata and lineage. Expertise in Data catalog tools Collibra, Atlan etc.
• Data Strategy Architecture - Define and maintain enterprise data architecture in line with organisational standards.
• Collaboration - Work closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business SMEs. Participate in governance councils and transformation offices for cross-functional alignment

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Relevant 5+ years experience.
