We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to own and manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, serving as both a strategic account owner and a trusted technical advisor. This role sits at the intersection of account management, customer success, and technology. You will be responsible for a defined book of business, working directly with clients to drive adoption, retention, and long-term value while addressing complex technical needs.
You will act as the primary day-to-day contact for your accounts, combining strong relationship management skills with deep technical understanding to ensure customer success. This role partners closely with Engineering, Product, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues, influence product direction, and deliver a high-quality customer experience
What You'll Do:
- Own and manage a portfolio (book of business) of assigned enterprise customers
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, long-term client relationships
- Act as the trusted technical advisor for clients, understanding their business goals, workflows, and technical environments
- Lead technical onboarding, implementations, and ongoing account management for assigned accounts
- Provide proactive guidance to drive platform adoption, optimization, and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and manage complex technical issues, coordinating closely with Engineering and Product teams
- Support integrations, APIs, data flows, and platform configurations as needed
- Translate customer needs into clear technical and business requirements, advocating internally on their behalf
- Identify risks, expansion opportunities, and areas for improvement within accounts
- Maintain accurate documentation, account notes, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements, playbooks, and scalable best practices across account management and technical support
What You Bring:
- Experience in a Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role
- Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise customer environments
- Comfort working with technical concepts such as integrations, APIs, data workflows, and system configurations
- Ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset
- Creativity in solving complex technical challenge
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Five to seven years of relevant professional experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
