What We’re Looking For

Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Senior Learning Analytics Data Analyst to join our team! The Senior Learning Analytics Data Analyst applies senior-level analytical expertise to evaluate learning effectiveness, engagement, accessibility, and workforce development outcomes across the Learning & Development Department. This role is responsible for designing, analyzing, and translating learning data into actionable insights that inform decision-making, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment.

On

a typical day, you might:
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI or comparable data visualization tools measuring learning participation, engagement, completion, satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
  • Write SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from learning systems and related sources.
  • Design metrics and KPIs to evaluate learning effectiveness, engagement, and workforce development outcomes.
  • Work with learning management system (LMS) data and training evaluation tools to support decision-making.
  • Analyze trends across live, virtual, and asynchronous learning modalities to inform instructional and delivery improvements.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in conducting data analytics using SQL and experience in learning analytics, training evaluation, or Learning & Development reporting;
    OR
  • Associate’s degree and four (4) years of experience in conducting data analytics using SQL and experience in learning analytics, training evaluation, or Learning & Development reporting;
    OR
  • Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of experience in conducting data analytics using SQL and experience in learning analytics, training evaluation, or Learning & Development reporting;
    OR
  • Equivalent combination of education/experience.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within Trillium’s catchment area of North Carolina, which includes the following counties:
