• Lead enterprise-wide projects or programs with high visibility and impact
• Partner with functional leaders and executive stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success metrics
• Proactively anticipate and mitigate risks and dependencies to protect delivery commitments and business outcomes
• Serve as a Jira and Confluence super user, configuring workflows, dashboards, and reporting
• Champion agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years leading large or enterprise-scale technology initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile practices and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in Atlassian tools—specifically Jira and Confluence
• Advanced financial tracking, resource planning, and change management skills

• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification
• Experience with other project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent
