• Collaborate with business and IT application owners to onboard applications into the organization
• Perform ongoing inventory maintenance and regular health checks of the application portfolio
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking current activities and providing status updates
• Maintain required application documentation and artifacts while ensuring data security

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations and insurance servicing within an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with external application vendors and internal teams

• Experience with compliance and regulatory directives in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with software application management and lifecycle processes
• Previous work in a project management role within IT
• Understanding of data security best practices
• Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements
