• Onboard applications into the employer's environment and perform ongoing inventory maintenance
• Collaborate with external application vendor contacts to ensure application compliance
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking current activity and status updates
• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain required documentation

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations projects and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and alert management of project risks

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory directives in the insurance industry
• Experience with software application lifecycle management
• Previous roles in a technical application management capacity
• Knowledge of data security best practices
• Experience in a client-focused environment
