Manager Customer Insights & Data Analytics (remote)

Join Ryder System as the Manager Customer Insights & Data Analytics. This role leads the Supply Chain Core Products team, responsible for building and operationalizing scalable analytics products across Ryder's supply chain and logistics operations.

• Own the technical roadmap and development of core analytics products such as AI-powered labor management systems, predictive forecasting tools, and Power BI dashboards.
• Translate business needs into production-ready features, collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Platform teams, and integrate validated prototypes into scalable builds.
• Mentor a cross‑functional team of data analysts, AI/data specialists, and UX resources, fostering a product‑ownership culture and continuous improvement.
• Elevate analytics beyond reporting to actionable insights supporting strategic decisions and product sales.
• Identify process gaps, recommend and implement improvements, and lead innovation in analytical products and data source curation.
• Engage leadership and stakeholders early to promote focused project design and higher‑impact insights.
• Provide granular customer and experience insights down to branch and unit levels.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, finance, statistics, or computer science.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or equivalent is preferred.
• 8+ years experience in big‑data analysis at a Fortune 500 or management consulting firm.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, R/SAS or other statistical packages.
• Experience with Power BI, Python, R, Databricks and other analytical tools.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing concepts and practices.
• 1+ year in transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to work cross‑functionally.
