What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers across Tax and Trade solutions
  • Build and execute customer success plans and lead executive business reviews
  • Proactively track product usage and manage customer health to mitigate risks
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring high performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and advocate for their needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Experience mentoring or managing Customer Success teams, preferably in SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving retention, adoption, and expansion with enterprise accounts
  • Hands‑on experience with customer success and CRM tools like Gainsight and Salesforce
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's degree is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with ONESOURCE, Pagero, or similar tax and trade solutions
  • Experience in tax, trade, or ERP systems
  • Demonstrated curiosity and strategic thinking abilities
  • Ability to manage the full customer journey effectively
