- Manage a portfolio of enterprise and strategic customers across Tax and Trade solutions
- Build and execute customer success plans and lead executive business reviews
- Proactively track product usage and manage customer health to mitigate risks
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring high performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and advocate for their needs
- Experience mentoring or managing Customer Success teams, preferably in SaaS
- Proven track record of driving retention, adoption, and expansion with enterprise accounts
- Hands‑on experience with customer success and CRM tools like Gainsight and Salesforce
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree is a plus
- Familiarity with ONESOURCE, Pagero, or similar tax and trade solutions
- Experience in tax, trade, or ERP systems
- Demonstrated curiosity and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to manage the full customer journey effectively
