• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications from a compliance perspective
• Onboard applications into the employer's environment and ensure ongoing inventory maintenance
• Collaborate with external application vendor contacts to ensure compliance
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking activities and updating management
• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain necessary documentation

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations and insurance servicing at an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Project management experience
• Ability to track project activities and provide status updates

• Experience working in a compliance-focused IT role
• Familiarity with regulatory directives relevant to insurance applications
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Background in working with application vendors
• Ability to adapt to evolving compliance requirements
