• Manage the lifecycle of software applications to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with business and IT application owners for onboarding and inventory maintenance of applications
• Liaise with external application vendors to ensure compliance and security of applications and data
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking initiatives and providing regular status updates
• Perform regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain application portfolio documentation

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience with IT operations and insurance servicing in an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams

• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to the insurance industry
• Experience with software application lifecycle management
• Previous involvement in project management for IT compliance initiatives
• Knowledge of data security practices and application security standards
• Strong analytical skills to assess application performance and compliance
