Humana’s Insurance Marketing Analytics team delivers insights that drive growth in the B2B space. As a Senior Associate, B2B Analytics, you’ll lead efforts to analyze and optimize marketing strategies targeting brokers, employers, and other business partners.

• Analyze B2B marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and analytics teams to inform strategy and targeting.
• Develop visualizations, preferably in Power BI or PowerPoint, to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Document methodologies and contribute to governance efforts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives using data‑driven insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics or performance reporting.
• 3+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
• 3+ years experience in programming in Python, Spark, and SQL.
• 1+ year(s) of experience in test set‑up and measurement, including A/B, multivariate, incrementality, and inference.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with B2B segmentation and sales enablement strategies.
• Exposure to healthcare or insurance marketing environments.
• Familiarity with Databricks.
• Predictive modeling: logistic regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, XGBoost.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics.

Home/Hybrid associates must meet minimum internet speed requirements. Eligible states receive bi‑weekly internet reimbursement.

Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required.
