• Maintain the lifecycle of software applications with a focus on compliance with internal policies and regulatory directives
• Collaborate with business and IT application owners for onboarding applications into the MMA environment
• Conduct regular health checks of the application inventory and maintain required documentation
• Provide project management services to compliance and audit teams, tracking activity and providing status updates
• Liaise with external application vendor contacts to ensure application compliance

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT
• Experience in IT operations and insurance servicing within an insurance agency
• Strong communication skills
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to track multiple initiatives and alert management of risks

• Experience working specifically in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards in the IT sector
• Additional certifications in project management or IT compliance
• Experience with application lifecycle management tools
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment
