ERP Analyst; Remote

• Assist users with support requests and provide information regarding the ERP application
• Calculate test cases for enhancements from vendor or internally generated changes
• Validate vendor patches and upgrades to the environment
• Develop training materials and documentation for new and existing processes
• Communicate effectively with internal clients at all levels, both verbally and in writing

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP or financial reporting systems
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Strong customer service approach to interactions
• Ability to create process and technical documentation
• Proficient in using various software applications for training development

• Experience in project teams associated with ERP systems
  
  Familiarity with developing training and curriculum for software applications
• Strong written communication skills for creating user guides and documentation
