Microsoft Purview Consultant (Microsoft Purview, Purview DLP, M365 Compliance) – Outside IR35 | £400 per day | Remote | 30-day contract

A Microsoft Purview Consultant (Microsoft Purview, Purview DLP, M365 Compliance) is required to deliver a short, defined Microsoft Purview engagement for a UK organisation. This Microsoft Purview Consultant contract is 30 days, outside IR35, fully remote, paying £400 per day. The client needs an experienced Microsoft Purview Consultant who can deliver immediately and work autonomously.

What you must have
Proven hands-on delivery as a Microsoft Purview Consultant running Microsoft Purview Discovery Workshops
Strong experience designing and implementing Microsoft Purview solutions in production environments
Configuration of Microsoft 365 Group Labels, sensitivity labels, and retention labels using Microsoft Purview
Solid delivery of Microsoft Purview DLP, including M365 DLP, Microsoft Teams DLP, and Endpoint DLP
Experience running pilot deployments and transitioning Microsoft Purview solutions into BAU support

What you’ll be doing As the Microsoft Purview Consultant, you will lead Microsoft Purview Discovery Workshops, design compliant Microsoft Purview architectures, and implement sensitivity and retention labelling across Microsoft 365. You will configure automatic labelling (client-side and server-side), deploy Microsoft Purview DLP policies across M365, Microsoft Teams, and endpoints, and deliver pilot programmes through to full rollout. You’ll provide clear guidance on advanced Microsoft Purview features and complete a clean service transition into BAU.
