** The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
** Enterprise Services Applications seeks an experienced Scrum Master / Team Coach to support delivery execution within SAFe Agile Release Trains (ARTs) operating in an enterprise environment. This role resides within the Value Management Office (VMO) and supports both newly launching and established ARTs across Enterprise Services Applications, including rotational backfill within mature ARTs. The successful candidate will operate as a stabilizing delivery leader who strengthens execution discipline, flow predictability, and governance alignment in a compliance-aware environment.
** What YOU Will Do
*** Facilitate and continuously improve Agile operating rhythms (Team Syncs, Iteration Planning, Iteration Reviews, and Retrospectives) to establish, stabilize, and mature delivery across newly launching and established ARTs.
* Actively manage team flow, predictability, and delivery hygiene within Program Increment (PI) cadences while maintaining transparency required for enterprise governance, audit, and compliance.
* Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy, prioritized, and execution-ready Team Backlogs, coaching teams on backlog hygiene, WIP discipline, dependency management, and Definition of Done.
* Collaborate with RTEs, VMO leadership, peer Scrum Masters, and informal communities of practice to align priorities, manage dependencies, and collectively mature Agile execution across Enterprise Services Applications and RTX.
* Serve as a rotational Scrum Master / Team Coach to support ART growth, launches, and transition phases, ensuring execution stability during periods of change.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement that measurably enhances predictability, quality, and sustainable pace.
** What YOU Will Learn
** You will gain hands-on experience operating within both newly launching and mature ARTs in a large enterprise environment, developing advanced skills in ART launch readiness, flow optimization, dependency management, and governance-aligned delivery execution.
** Qualifications YOU Must Have:
*** Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
* Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach.
* Experience working with Product Owners and delivery teams in Agile environments.
* Ability to communicate effectively with enterprise-level Digital Technology (DT) organizations.
** Qualifications We Prefer:
*** Proven experience in SAFe Agile Release Trains, including launching, stabilizing, and scaling Agile team operations within enterprise environments.
