As a Senior Success Factors Solution Architect within Capgemini’s leading and award winning Success Factors Practice, you will have the responsibility of working across complex, large-scale Success Factors implementations for a range of high-profile clients. You will have experience of leading cross-functional teams on large Global projects and managing business process design and transformation. Your role

• Experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies and roadmaps
• Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and documents all solution architecture design
• Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP Success Factors solutions with expertise in Success Factors and supporting technologies
• You will be required to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels within a client’s organization
• Strong experience in Success Factors integrations and able to articulate how the product is integrated within a full ERP estate
• Lead high performing teams that can work flexibly, incorporating both on and offshore delivery models
• Guide clients on SAP best practise and innovations, whilst being up to date with the Success Factors roadmap and having an awareness of other HR technologies
• Contribute to shaping our response to RFPs and collaborate with other Capgemini teams during the pre-sales process
• Build and continually strengthen your network across Capgemini, our Clients and Partners

Your skills and experience

• You will have strong knowledge of Success Factors across multiple modules and experience in working across multiple HR domains
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high quality presentations to senior client stakeholders
• Understands emerging technology trends and disruptions and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable new and evolving business and operating models.
• Familiar with supporting technologies such as Qualtrics & SAP Work Zone, and how they enhance employee experience
• Experience in leading pre-sales activities and articulating the benefits Success Factors brings to clients
