Starting Salary at £27,677 per annum, with future progression opportunities to £29,444, plus Essential Care User Allowance of £4,373.52 per annum.

About the roleWe are recruiting for an experienced IT Support Technician who will provide day maintenance and support for Broadland Housing’s hardware and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves:
- Work with the Senior IT Manager to ensure the business has the appropriate infrastructure in place to ensure the strategic objectives of Broadland can be met.
- Administration of Broadland’s Office 365 account including Exchange, One Drive, SharePoint and Teams.
- Assisting the Senior IT Manager with maintaining, designing and troubleshooting Broadland’s infrastructure.
- Monitoring network utilisation and performance, reporting any issue issues to the Senior IT Manager.
- Installation, configuration and testing of network equipment at new and existing locations.
- Provide 2nd line IT support services.
- Act as a point of escalation for the IT Support Assistant for 2nd line IT support.
- Maintain and configure Broadland’s unified communications infrastructure.
- Experience providing 2nd line support and at least two years’ experience working in networking and telephony systems.
- Knowledge of Hyper V, VoIP, Office 365, LAN/WAN security.
- Profound customer service skills.
- A driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential as travel throughout Norfolk will be required).
