No previous professional experience required; however working on this project will require passing basic requirements and going through a standard assessment process. This is a part-time long-term project and work will be subject to standard quality assurance checks during term of agreement.

• Full Professional Proficiency in Latvian and English language
• Being a resident in The United Kingdom or last 2 consecutive years and having familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in The United Kingdom.
• Ability to follow guidelines and conduct online research using search engines, online maps, and website information.
• Flexibility to work across diverse set of task types, including maps, news, audio tasks, and relevance.
• Daily access to a broadband internet connection, computer, and relevant software.

To be hired into the program you take open-book qualification exam that determines suitability for position and complete . Team will provide guidelines and learning materials before exam. You will be required to complete exam in specific timeframe but at your convenience.
