At Version 1, we’re looking for a Senior Oracle Recruitment Cloud Functional Consultant to play a key role in delivering cutting‑edge Oracle Cloud projects across the UK & Ireland.

This is more than just configuration— you’ll be leading workshops, designing best‑practice solutions, coaching colleagues and clients, and becoming a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders. • Leading workshops and advising the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution.
• Leading the configuration of the system to match the business requirements and system design.
• Demonstrating the solution in design playback sessions.
• Creating and developing workbooks and documentation to support the system design.
• Building trusted relationships with the client and managing their expectations on delivery within the scope.
• Driving forward the training and coaching of colleagues and clients alike.

• Expertise within Oracle Recruitment Cloud.
• Implementing onboarding journeys and approval workflows.
• Multiple full implementation projects in the Oracle H.Spec Cloud space.
• Running workshops (process, design, configuration, test, and validation).
• Functional application leadership and guidance to clients regarding leading practices and the functionality of the software modules through all phases of an implementation.
• Documenting solutions clearly and sharing knowledge freely within our Cloud community.
