• Serve as the lead Service Now Architect, providing technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing Service Now solutions.
• Architect and deliver scalable, high‑performing Service Now solutions tailored to meet client requirements, with a focus on Human Resources (HR) workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Lead the development and deployment of Service Now modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and quality assurance processes.
• Oversee the integration of Service Now with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation guides.
• Stay current with Service Now platform updates, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
• Support pre‑sales activities by providing technical expertise, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations.

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Human Resources (HR) certification.
• 15+ years of experience in IT, with at least 10 years of hands‑on experience in Service Now architecture, design, and implementation.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
• Strong understanding of Service Now platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom application development.
• Experience with Service Now integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing large‑scale Service Now implementations.
• Existing Public Trust Clearance or Ability to Obtain an NIH Badge.

• Advanced certifications in Service Now, such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or additional CIS certifications.
• Experience with federal government clients or public sector environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices and frameworks.
• Experience with Agile or Dev Ops methodologies.

• Applicants selected will be subject to a Security Investigation and May need to Meet Requirements for Access to Protected and/or Classified Information.

• Applicants need to be a US Citizen to be considered for the position and have physically resided in the United States for a minimum of 3 years due to background investigation requirements.
