You will manage key master data objects—vendors, customers, banking details, fixed assets, serial numbers, and inventory catalogs—across several systems and support operational efficiency through strong data processes, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Maintain and govern master data across multiple enterprise systems, including vendor, customer, banking, and fixed asset records.
- Manage lists, directories, and data catalogs while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Use systems such as Net Suite, ZIP, Jira, You Track, and Slack to support data workflows, issue tracking, and change management.
- Support invoice and payment approval processes by ensuring the accuracy of vendor and financial master data.
- Collaborate across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Operations with clear, assertive, and professional communication.
- Perform data processing and reporting using advanced Excel skills.
- Manage and maintain documentation across jurisdictions (e.g., China, USA, EU, Israel).
- Learn and adapt quickly to support new processes, tools, and procedures as the company scales.
- 3+ years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite, Oracle, SAP, ZIP) and workflow/ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, You Track, Slack).
- Strong understanding of Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes and how master data accuracy impacts financial operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate requirements between Finance, IT, and business teams.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and structure in managing enterprise data.
- Ability to work both independently and within a distributed cross‑functional team.
- Adept at documenting processes and supporting onboarding or knowledge transfer.
- Experience in a fast‑growing or multinational environment.
- Ability to stay firm and organized in a dynamic, multi‑tasking setting.
- Experience creating SOPs, documentation, or educational materials.
