Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the key technical partner for Account Managers and Customer Success Managers during renewal and upsell motions, leading technical deep-dives and product demonstrations
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the employer's platform, including its architecture and API capabilities
  • Design, scope, and validate complex technical solutions, including API integrations with customers' key systems
  • Manage critical technical escalations, taking ownership of high-priority issues that require in-depth solutioning
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, best-practice guides, and demonstration scripts for the Customer Success team
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Technical Account Manager
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC ecosystem, including familiarity with platforms like Service Now and tools like Splunk
  • Passion for becoming a subject matter expert on complex software platforms
  • Hands‑on experience with REST APIs and comfort guiding customers on implementation
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured approach to diagnosing technical issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Sales acumen and effectiveness in a commercially driven environment
  • Collaborative mindset, working well with Customer Success Managers, Support, and Product teams
