No-code Center of Excellence Leader

We are looking for a strategic and hands‑on No-code Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader to drive the adoption, governance, and scalability of no‑code practices across the organization. This leadership role will be instrumental in building a high‑impact no‑code capability based on the Creatio platform, optimizing the use of human and technical resources across teams.

• Lead the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of no‑code methodologies, tools, and frameworks across the organization
• Implement business initiatives end‑to‑end using the Creatio no‑------------------------------------------------------------------------- (the text seems truncated, but keep as original) platform, from gathering requirements to deployment
• Build and manage a center of competence for no‑code practices, including sharing reusable components, setting priorities, and allocating resources
• Mentor and manage a team of no‑code/low‑code developers in designing, developing, and maintaining business applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define user stories and translate them into effective no‑code solutions
• Ensure solutions meet best practices in architecture, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Recruit, onboard, train, and certify internal no‑code creators, fostering a strong no‑code community
• Coordinate with IT, QA, and Dev Ops teams to optimize CI/CD and deployment processes
• Act as a strategic advisor on no‑code platform capabilities, limitations, and optimal use cases

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 2.5+ years of experience in business process automation, application development or enterprise innovation roles as lead
• Deep understanding of no‑code/low‑code platforms:
  Creatio – is a must, other platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform, Bubble, Make, Glide, etc.) strong plus
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience integrating low‑code solutions with APIs, databases, and oplossingen experienced
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of data modeling, security models, and workflow automation
• Proven experience establishing or leading a Center of Excellence or shared services function
• Strong knowledge of governance, IT policy management, and resource planning
