About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Recruiting Solution Value Advisor (SVA) to join our global Adoption Office. This role is critical in driving adoption of SAP Success Factors Recruiting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction, sustained value realization, and successful renewals.
As a Solution Value Advisor, you will apply a strategic, consulting-oriented mindset to help customers bridge the gap between their recruiting business needs, SAP Success Factors product capabilities, and how those solutions are implemented and adopted over time. You will work closely with customer stakeholders to translate recruiting strategy into actionable adoption plans, while collaborating across SAP teams to ensure customers achieve their intended business outcomes.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel in client-facing advisory positions, combining strong recruiting domain expertise with exceptional communication skills, and are passionate about helping customers maximize the value of their technology investments.
What You’ll Do Strategic Advisory & Value Realization- Develop and execute recruiting adoption strategies aligned to customer business objectives across SAP Success Factors Recruiting and adjacent HCM product areas.
- Engage directly with customers (1:1 and 1: few) to understand intended business outcomes and define ongoing value frameworks.
- Act as a trusted advisor, connecting customer recruiting needs with SAP Success Factors capabilities and roadmap.
- Shape customer recruiting business architecture and operating models, including governance, service delivery, KPIs, and recruiting role models.
- Lead executive-level workshops to align stakeholders on vision, success metrics, and transformation priorities.
- Translate recruiting strategy into actionable adoption roadmaps by building HR capability maps, value streams, and target end-to-end process architectures.
- Connect business processes to product features to prioritize adoption waves and maximize value realization.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative gap analysis to identify adoption barriers, process inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
- Provide expert insights and recommendations to enhance customer experience, adoption maturity, and realized value.
- Orchestrate and deliver customer-facing presentations, solution demos, enablement sessions, and targeted training—both externally and internally.
- Monitor adoption metrics, usage data, and customer feedback to assess success and continuously refine adoption strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Services, Partners, and Customer Success to ensure consistent messaging, value alignment, and customer outcomes.
- Stay current on recruiting industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to inform advisory guidance and adoption strategies.
- Contribute thought leadership to internal teamsodnev by sharing customer insights, best practices, and adoption patterns.
- Experience: 8+ years in customer success, adoption, value advisory, solution architecture, or business architecture roles within recruiting or HCM cloud solutions.
- Recruiting Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of recruiting processes, operating models, and talent acquisition transformation.
- SaaS Background: Experience primarily in Saas solutions, with a focus on Smart Recruiter / other Recruiting Saas offerings.
