DOW - IT Project Manager

cFocus Software seeks an IT Project Manager to join our program supporting the Department of Defense (DoD). This position is remote. This position requires the ability a Public Trust clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of IT project management experience.
• Hands‑on experience managing Agile software development projects.
• Familiarity with Dev Sec Ops  tools, JIRA, Service Now, and Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Experience supporting Do செய்யப்பட்ட or federal IT systems preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier 3 (or higher) background investigation.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects supporting DSAID sustainment, maintenance, and enhancement activities.
• Apply Agile and Dev Sec Ops  principles to manage software development lifecycle activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, sprint plans, release plans, and task assignments.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, user story development, and backlog prioritization.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies and report status to the Program Manager.
• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and technical meetings.
• Coordinate testing, quality assurance, and release management activities.
• Support documentation efforts including requirements traceability, technical documentation, and configuration management.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility requirements and cybersecurity standards.
• Coordinate with developers, database сан administrators, QA teams and Government stakeholders.
