The Senior Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, building, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions, including AI-enabled and Agentforce-driven use cases, across enterprise CRM environments. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and Service Cloud, as well as the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and operate within Agile delivery models.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations, and is comfortable contributing to Agentforce and AI-powered automation initiatives while maintaining Salesforce best practices and delivery excellence.# #
** RESPONSIBILITIES
* ** Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions using
** Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows**, including AI-enabled and Agentforce-supported workflows.
* Implement and support
** Agentforce and intelligent automation use cases**, particularly within Service Cloud and digital engagement scenarios.
* Integrate Salesforce with external systems using
** REST/SOAP APIs**, middleware (e.g., Mule Soft), and ETL tools.
* Participate in application design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
* Support testing cycles, deployments, and production issue resolution, including bug fixes and performance optimizations.
* Create and maintain
** technical documentation, solution designs, and training materials**.
* Conduct code reviews, enforce Salesforce development best practices, and ensure solution scalability and security.
* Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance, feedback, and task delegation.
* Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, architects, and Agile teams to gather requirements and communicate progress.
* Participate in
** Agile/Scrum ceremonies**, including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
* Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts when required, including
** high-level estimations and technical input**.
